I help enhance excellence by conveying strong values within the company. I believe that CIMA+’s development stems from a spirit of collaboration and mutual assistance between divisions. I provide the same level of service and attention to my colleagues as I do to clients. Traffic engineers, professionals, and technicians can influence road safety outcomes by promoting safe travel. This is part of CIMA+’s standards of excellence.

As a mother of four, I know firsthand that a large family means more time out of the office: taking children to doctor’s appointments and attending school events. CIMA+ offers the flexibility I need to arrange my work schedule around family commitments. I have access to all sorts of tools such as video conferencing, a VPN connection, and a cell phone, which I find amazingly convenient.

I know I can count on my colleagues’ support when I have commitments at home.

At work, I am responsible for road safety projects. I help other departments find solutions when a safety issue is detected. I support our Ontario transportation team to facilitate their integration and the transfer of knowledge between the two provinces.

The quality of CIMA+ projects creates strong team cohesion, which leads to a wonderful work environment. My road safety team is composed of three engineers and several technicians. We work closely with our Burlington, Ontario, office.

My team members travel to various offices in the Greater Montreal area. This brings us closer to our clients and makes commuting easier. We also have road safety ambassadors at our Quebec City and Sherbrooke offices who respond to regional needs while conducting safety studies.

I always enjoy the areas around CIMA+’s offices. We are within walking distance of Old Montréal and the excitement of the downtown core. In Laval we are near Centropolis, the new hotspot for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment; not to mention other nearby shopping centres. I really enjoy these amenities.

I participate in our social club’s activities as much as possible, as well as in my department’s parties and happy hour get-togethers, which give me a chance to get to know my colleagues better, have fun and build a pleasant work environment. Our new cafeteria in Laval is also a great place to meet and chat with co-workers.

To maintain a healthy work-life balance, I play volleyball, do some gardening and savour quality time with my family just watching a movie, eating popcorn, and catching up.
