Landscape and Construction Guide for a Regional Artery

Ensure the artery's harmonious development and quality image

 

Within the framework of this project, CIMA+ proposed development orientations that sought to enhance the functional and aesthetic aspects of this regional artery.

 

The resulting guide is a tool for municipal stakeholders illustrating, in concrete terms, the nature and form of both public and private suitable interventions.

Urban Boulevard Concept to reclaim highway lands

 

The four municipalities mandated CIMA+ to propose a comprehensive concept for the redevelopment of land located along a major highway.

 

The objective was to reclaim the right of way from the provincial Department of Transport in order to enhance and consolidate the commercial environment in keeping with new development principles and innovative intervention strategies.

Urban Development Plan and Complete By-law revision

An action plan and regulatory tools for ensuring the town's harmonious development

 

This project made it possible to revise the existing Urban Development Plan as well as urban planning regulations in keeping with the municipality's new landscape and construction orientations.
