A moment of pride with CIMA+

The firm’s position among the largest Canadian players: The concrete results of inter-sector and inter-office work teams have enabled CIMA+ to be involved in 14 of the 100 largest projects across Canada in 2018.

Challenges in his industry

Luc envisions two major changes: From a technological perspective, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is revolutionizing design by incorporating the needs of the various stakeholders throughout the projects’ life cycle. Luc is thrilled by the fact that CIMA+ has been involved in several BIM projects even if this approach is quite new. Energy efficiency is another one of today’s main challenges with respect to existing buildings.
