Luc Séguin has worked in the fields of municipal engineering and transportation since 1995. As a Project Manager and Senior Designer, he oversees numerous municipal infrastructure and road engineering projects, along with residential and commercial development projects, including drinking water and wastewater treatment and stormwater management.
His experience includes feasibility studies, the preparation of numerous documents (technical reports, drawings and specifications, requests for proposals) and construction management. He is also adept at coordinating utilities and approval processes with various levels of government.

Following the rules: Luc is particularly intent on equipping the firm with strict ethical guidelines and conveying them on a regular basis so that they are applied to all processes. The Code of Ethics was completely overhauled in recent years, and the current objective is to assess its application and integration in practice.
