Support from independent members

In order to prevent situations involving conflicts of interest within the firm, whether real or apparent, the Governance and Ethics Committee includes two independent members. These resources are backed by tremendous knowledge in the area of ethics, and Timothée particularly enjoys interacting with them and sharing the outcome of their efforts within the Committee.
