Due to a rising residential population in Langdon, Alberta, the need for residential developments has increased significantly. CIMA+ provided Highfield Land Management with engineering consulting services for the residential development of Boulder Creek. The subdivision spans approximately 316 acres (±128 hectares) and contains 488 residential lots. CIMA+ acted as the prime consultant for this project, coordinating the work of a variety of sub-consultants and providing Highfield Land Management with a full range of services for this residential development.
