Modernization project – Growing up healthy
CHU Sainte-Justine is the largest mother and child hospital centre in Canada, and one of the four most important pediatric centres in America.
Evaluated at $995 M, this project provides this University of Montreal affiliated hospital centre the necessary infrastructure assets to meet the needs of mothers and children in all aspects of the institution’s mission.
CIMA+’s Project Management team worked on several components of the project including an expansion that represents a 65% increase of the current surface area, and the modernization of the existing buildings. CIMA+ was involved throughout the duration of the project from the definition of needs and selection of the delivery mode to procurement, through to construction supervision.
