This project was carried out as part of a BIM process using Revit and consisted of the construction of a two-storey, 4,000 m2 building including:

  • Administrative offices, meeting and interview rooms, multifunctional space, multimedia library, and training rooms equipped with all the necessary IT equipment
  • An armoury
  • A vast training and gathering area accessible to military vehicles
  • A secured space for document archiving
  • Two cafeterias
  • A storage area
  • A fenced parking area

The structure integrated long span engineered timber within a steel framework. Several energy efficiency measures were implemented, which allowed for reducing the overall building energy consumption by more than 52% compared to the National Energy Code for Buildings (NECB).
