This $60M, LEED-CI Silver certified project consisted of the construction of a 5, 400 m² expansion and densification of work spaces to increase the building’s capacity to house approximately 700 additional employees. All electromechanical systems were also modernized and upgraded.
Sustainability was at the forefront of all decisions made and all the works carried out during the project. An important achievement was that the building’s energy consumption was reduced by 35%.
