All IT requests must initially be submitted by using the CIMA+ request form
(Also available on the Intranet or by clicking on the shortcut icon available on your computer’s desktop).
For any request requiring priority action (urgency), dial 1 844 377-2462 or extension 2222 (internal). This service is available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, Eastern and Mountain times.
Please note that all phone requests will be evaluated and prioritized according to the nature of the problem and number of pending requests.
