Eric Dumouchel joined CIMA+ in 2010. He has more than 25 years of human resources experience in Canada and abroad, in a number of industries, including engineering, retail trade, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and consulting services.
He is responsible for the Human Resources, Marketing and Health, Safety and Environment departments at CIMA+, and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec.

His interest in human resources
Eric likes to understand what drives people. In his view, this requires demonstrating curiosity in order to build the bridges necessary to connect with others. Only once these conditions are in place will it be possible to establish a dialogue and solid bond of trust.
