Katia Millaire, CHRP, Senior Vice President, Talent and Culture
Katia Millaire is Senior Vice President, Talent and Culture, reporting directly to Denis Thivierge, President and CEO. She leads a team of more than 60 employees working in all areas of human resources.
She has over 20 years of experience in human resources, including the last seven years at CIMA+, first as Director of Business Partnerships, then as Senior Director, Talent and Culture and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Katia is driven by the desire to make a tangible contribution to the organization’s performance by placing people at the heart of its business decisions. Her keen understanding of the company, its culture and its teams enable her to act appropriately while supporting leaders and talented individuals at every stage of their journey. With her experience in business partnerships, talent acquisition and operational services, she brings a strategic and integrated vision to human resources, focused on creating motivating and inclusive work environments aligned with CIMA+’s growth.
