Louise Lalonde sits as an independent member on CIMA+’s Board of Directors. She will also chair the Audit Committee.
Louise Lalonde is a certified public accountant (CPA) from British Columbia with extensive experience in accounting, governance and risk consulting and compliance. Louise was a partner at Price Waterhouse Coopers and has executive experience in the manufacturing and service sectors. Her experience with clean energy, mining and technology will benefit CIMA+.
She is based out of Vancouver and will bring her extensive knowledge of this market to CIMA+.
She currently serves on the Board and chairs the Audit Committee of City of Peterborough Holdings and is eager to join the CIMA+ Board and help the company grow and advance its ESG mandate.
