Longueuil awards an infrastructure contract to CIMA+ for the Pôle Roland-Therrien

The City of Longueuil has awarded CIMA+ the mandate to design the main infrastructure for the Pôle Roland-Therrien, including a new street. CIMA+’s teams will have the privilege of collaborating with Lemay, as subcontractors, for the landscape architecture of this ambitious project.

“Beyond calculations and plans is the role of our engineers will be to design spaces that transform and improve our daily lives. This collective project aims to provide a concrete response to the housing crisis, promote intergenerational cohabitation and enrich public services in the area.” – Mathieu Perreault, Vice President, Infrastructure – Quebec.

Through developments such as a large park, a traffic circle, and a pedestrian link, CIMA+ and its collaborators will create a harmonious, inclusive and sustainable environment for the local community.
