The TEMPUS system developed by CIMA+ is a finalist at ADRIQ

Laval October 18, 2016 – We are happy to announce that the TEMPUS system developed by CIMA+ is a finalist to receive an award from ADRIQ (Quebec association for the development of research and innovation) in the PRODUCT INNOVATION category. The winner will be announced during the November 24th gala at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.

“We wish to congratulate David Findlay for his energy, creativity and determination in the development of this innovative product, Gerald Desrochers, in charge of the Automation group, for making the development of TEMPUS possible, and Ian Verhappen, for his contribution in promoting this new product to our target market,” says André Couturier, Senior Vice President, Industry.

The TEMPUS solution facilitates the migration of all types of industrial control systems to a new platform, with no impact on plant production. Therefore, plant shutdowns are eliminated, and the overall project is simplified. Since risks and contingencies liable to affect the migration process are significantly reduced, CIMA+ is able to carry out the entire project, from design to final delivery, without causing any production loss. The nomination for this prestigious award would not have been possible without the contribution of Julie Bétit, Innovations & 3D Technologies Manager and Bruno Plante, Senior Business Development Professional.
