Covering a total area of over 203,700 sq ft, the reinforced concrete building also features a two-level underground parking garage and several communal spaces designed to enhance the quality of life and well-being of residents.

Striking architecture inspired by coastal communities

The project stands out for its unique architectural style. Its façade is composed of coloured precast concrete panels, the design of which was inspired by the coastal villages of Newfoundland. This approach gives the building a strong visual identity that enriches the neighbourhood’s urban landscape and helps to create a living environment that is both distinctive and welcoming.

The use of prefabricated panels has also ensured a high standard of craftsmanship and enabled the project’s efficient completion. This solution contributes to the durability of the building envelope as well as its long-term performance.
