Traffic impact study

Assessment of the impact on mobility in a new residential complex.

The developer, Réseau Sélection, has built a residential complex in the Rosemont – La Petite Patrie Borough of Montréal on the site of the former Norampac plant near the intersection of boulevard Saint-Joseph and rue d’Iberville. The project includes 940 dwellings, commercial spaces and a day-care centre, along with approximately 500 parking spaces and two vehicle access routes. Réseau Sélection retained the services of CIMA+ to assess the impact of this new residential complex on vehicle traffic and pedestrian and bicycle movement within the Borough.
