Prepared by CIMA+ within the framework of a partnership with Aéroport de Québec, the preliminary design for the linear route system and terminal façade road network with a 2035 horizon entailed the development of various alternative configurations, taking into account the existing constraints and earlier technical studies.
The traffic study involved identifying the short-, medium- and long-term traffic impacts at the intersections on route de l’Aéroport, rue Principale and rue 8 of the airport and preparing recommendations for dealing with the identified problems.
