In 2018, the Lemay architecture and urban design firm retained the services of CIMA+ for a project involving the updating of the Master Plan for the de la Montagne campus of Université de Montréal. The mandate included planning all upcoming projects from the perspective of a more sustainable campus under a Master Plan that had last been revised in 1995. With this project, the premier French-language university in North America intended to forge into the future by consolidating its position of leadership in Montréal through innovation and the creation of agreeable, dynamic and environmentally friendly living spaces with a focus on sustainable mobility.
