The 700 Saint-Jacques Street 9 floor commercial podium will have a total area of 704,269 ft2. The future-focused innovative base building will be pursuing both the LEED v4 BD+C Core and Shell Gold and the WELL v2 Core Silver level certifications for the commercial podium.
