  • Job Description

  • Mission
    We are looking for an engineer or candidate to the profession of engineer (CPI) to join our team of transport specialists in our Quebec City office. This person will play a key role in the design and implementation of transport infrastructure projects, more specifically in road engineering.

    Main responsibilities 
    - Design road engineering projects (geometry, profile, pavement structure, earthworks and drainage) and draw up plans and specifications 
    - Planning work phasing plans and traffic management measures 
    - Calculate the quantities of materials required and prepare construction cost estimates  
    - Carrying out studies or drafting technical reports 
    - Supervising and coordinating follow-up work (shop drawings, change notices, etc.) 
    - Participate in coordination meetings with the customer and the internal and external parties involved 
    - Participate in coordination between the various departments involved in projects

  • Profile

  • - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent (graduates welcome) 
    - Knowledge of MTQ norms and standards (an asset) 
    - Knowledge of AutoCAD and BDP software (an asset) 
    - Fluency in spoken and written French 
    - A valid driving licence and access to a car
