  • Mission

    We are looking for a Project Administrator to support our Earth and Environment team. This opportunity involves providing support to our technical team and project managers from proposal opportunity through to project delivery and closure. The candidate will be assigned to the Ottawa Office, with a minimum of 2 days in person and up to 3 days of teleworking, part-time options available.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Execute tasks spanning the entire project lifecycle in adherence to quality standards (data entry, assisting project managers in project planning, etc.).
    • Coordinate project meetings, prepare draft meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.
    • Prepare purchase orders, monitor purchases, and liaise with subcontractors, etc.
    • Conduct linguistic reviews and formatting of technical and administrative project documents (letters, reports, quotations, specifications, technical memoranda, change orders, progress and final payment requests, CVs, project sheets, etc.).
    • Assist project managers with invoicing and invoice follow-up.
    • Monitor deliverables, equipment tracking and maintenance, and follow-up on activities related to quality system requirements.
    • Offer comprehensive support across various functions within the Earth and Environment Department.
  • Profile
    • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and organizational skills, autonomy, adaptability, professionalism, and efficiency
    • Bachelor’s degree or other relevant training
    • 3 to 5 years' experience in a relevant field
    • Advanced oral and written English (Advanced oral and written English, French is an asset)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
    • Functional knowledge of Sharepoint and Teams platforms
    • Experience with quality management system (an asset)
    • Experience in environmental/engineering consulting (an asset)
