  • Mission

    We are looking for a Business Partner, Training and Organizational Development, passionate about learning and talent development to join the CIMA+ Training & Organizational Development team.

    The Business Partner is responsible for facilitating leadership training programs, developing talent management programs with a stimulating and innovative approach, supporting Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) in program implementation, and enhancing our processes and programs to create a positive, enriching, and lasting employee experience.

    Temporay Mandate (14 months)

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the analysis, design, implementation, and coordination of strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives. These strategies and initiatives may include culture, talent management, retention, employee engagement, career paths, succession planning, and performance, in collaboration with various stakeholders.
    • Coordinate the newly implemented mentoring program. Support stakeholders, mobilize mentors, evaluate results, improve the program and tools as needed, and launch the next cycle.
    • Facilitate leadership development programs, group activities, and discussions to develop management and leadership skills, and create a pool of competent managers and leaders to support succession planning efforts.
    • Foster an inclusive and participatory learning environment in which participants are actively engaged. Encourage discussions, group activities, and experiential learning exercises to promote knowledge integration and retention.
    • Contribute to the planning and coordination of program activities and provide support to participants.
    • Participate in the development and adaptation of leadership development program content and other skill development programs as needed.
    • Monitor trends and best practices in organizational development.
  • Profile
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree would be an asset.
    • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic role in human resources, combined with experience in training facilitation and designing skills development programs.
    • Excellent communication, listening, and training facilitation skills, both in classroom and virtual settings.
    • Ability to simplify concepts, provide concrete examples that facilitate learning, and skillful in questioning and building on ideas tactfully.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • In-depth knowledge of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
    • Ability to think strategically, understand, and translate company strategies into HR initiatives.
    • Planning, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in both French and English is vital in this role for seamless interactions with our diverse stakeholder base, ensuring clear communication and to complete our various projects nationwide.
