    Our team of professionals is currently looking for a Project Manager to contribute to the execution of an important corporate internal program. Under the supervision of the Senior Director, candidate will play an important role in assisting the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) Program Lead who will develop a new company wide system for delivery of all CIMA+ projects. This role will be an integral part of Cima's growth and development. It will give the project manager excellent visibility within the company and allow them to grow within the group.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Support the PDF Program Lead in the development of the overall business plan, strategy, outputs, and structure
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for different internal departments to identify their current delivering projects process
    • Develop program plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure project delivery within scope
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their needs
    • Work with IT to identify the available digital tools for different areas of the PDF, cost, usefulness, etc.
    • Conduct research for best practices and tools
    • Collaborate in the development of recommendations on strategy for delivering the PDF Program including budget, resource requirements, IT needs, etc.
  • Profile
    • Bachelor’s degree in administration, science, or Engineering
    • Demonstrate 10 years of relevant experience in major project management or in a similar role
    • Autonomy and excellent team spirit
    • Experience in the development and delivery of Major Projects and digital tools
    • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder and technical environments.
    • Advanced time management and organizational skills
    • EPCM and various project delivery models experience
    • Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
    • Excellent communication in English and French (verbal & written)
    • Flexible hybrid work model
    • Ability to travel across Canada and US
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools
