  • Mission 

    The Proposals Coordinator is responsible for producing proposals for the Environment and Earth Sciences Department. 

    The Proposals Coordinator oversees the tasks, the involvement of all parties involved, drafting offers in close collaboration with internal and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that deadlines are met, and ensuring the final submission of compliant and competitive proposals in accordance with quality standards and accuracy. 

    The Proposals Coordinator may have to manage a substantial volume of work, with tight deadlines, and must demonstrate availability, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  

    Primary Responsibilities   

    • Analyze RFPs, identify key elements and participate in proposal start-up meetings, in order to submit competitive and high-quality proposals 
    • Coordinate the preparation of proposals under their responsibility:, value-adding presentation of expertise and past projects, differentiators, administrative requirements.  
    • Ensure that deadlines are met and follow progress of technical and commercial proposals 
    • Produce the proposal general section and complete the forms required by the client 
    • Format and organize documents 
    • Recycling new content in our Sharepoint libraries 
    • Profile
      • University degree related to writing or the environment
      • At least three (3) years of professional experience in similar position with similar responsibilities: project delivery in engineering or preparation of proposals (preferably in the consulting space) 
      • Experience in consulting services or a professional services environment (a major asset) 
      • Proficiency in both French and English is required for this position to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and cross-functional teams nationwide 
      • Excellent writing skills, strong abilities in document revision and editing 
      • In-depth practical knowledge of office automation tools (Office 365) and information technologies, such as SharePoint
