  • Mission

    You are rigorous, organized and consistent in your work. You’re a versatile, autonomous and resourceful Project Assistant who’s not afraid of a challenge. Join our team and take part of the growth of this expertise! Our opportunity will enable you to evolve within large-scale projects and act as an expert advisor with the project team and clients on project planning and cost control. Our Project Assistant will be called upon to implement project control strategies and apply them to various energy projects.

    You’ll be able to work in one of our offices in the Greater Montreal area (Montreal, Laval, Longueuil) or in the Eastern Townships (Sherbrooke, Granby) in hybrid mode.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Prepare meeting minutes and various follow-up reports, letters and other documents for clients and partners.
    • Manage travel, organize and coordinate meetings, make reservations.
    • Perform word processing for large documents such as reports, specifications, proposals, while writing or correcting texts, mainly in English and ensuring their quality control.
    • Manage the Project Manager’s e-mail, agenda and filing.
    • Ensure administrative follow-up and quality control of projects.
    • Enter data, produce reports and follow good control practices.
    • Assist the Project Manager in all necessary tasks and maintain ISO standards.

    Specific mandates and work environment

    • The candidate will work on large-scale, complex engineering projects, generally of the construction type, requiring a variety of reports adapted to governance.
    • The candidate will have to work daily in a constantly evolving work environment and must be adaptable and receptive to new situations and changes.
    • The candidate will contribute to the implementation of new ways of doing things to improve and optimize planning and control practices, in collaboration with the project team and management.
  • Profile
    • College or vocational diploma  in administration, secretarial and office management, communications or another relevant discipline
    • Proficiency in planning software (Microsoft Project) and the M365 Suite
    • Experience in major construction projects (construction management) and comfort with numbers
    • Autonomy, team spirit, ability to communicate, synthesize and popularize.
