  • Mission :

    As Structural Engineering – Buildings Co-op student, you will be involved in the computer-aided design and production of structural designs and drawings. You will participate in the development of the Vancouver region. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally and participate in a variety of multidisciplinary projects of all sizes, in an environment where accountability, autonomy and trust are strongly encouraged.  

    Primary Responsibilities :  

    • Assist with structural design on various buildings projects. 
    • Assist with site visits and field reviews on various projects in the greater Vancouver Area. 
    • Participate in coordination meetings with clients and other consultants. 
    • Develop new innovative design tools. 
  • Profile
    • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (3 years completed) 
    • Candidates with previous structural engineering Internship or Co-op experience is an asset. 
    • Student must have completed concrete and steel design classes.  
    • Valid driver’s license 
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
    • Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment. 
    • Ability to apply technical knowledge to various practical problems. 
    • A desire to learn and continually develop. 
    • Strong personal commitment to safety.
