  • Mission

    In order to continue the growth and success of CIMA+, we are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in Earth & Environment Department. Placed at the heart of various environmental and engineering projects, this position will highlight your strengths for teamwork and your skills for administrative work. Stimulating challenges will meet your expectations.
    The assistant will be responsible for various administrative and technical aspects to ensure the smooth running of projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with the entire team of engineers, biologists and other professionals in carrying out their activities.

    Primary Responsibilities

     

    • Proofread, correct and format various types of documents (reports, service offers, technical notes, forms, presentations, CVs, project sheets, reports, etc.) to ensure the quality of the deliverables;
    • Participate in the development of service offers, complete forms and gather documents;
    • Ensure follow-up of current calls for tenders;
    • Update data in the appropriate systems;
    • Perform all other routine administrative tasks or operational support tasks;
    • Ensure presence in the office using hybrid mode (combination of office and teleworking).
  • Profile
    • Hold a college diploma in Administartion,  Secretarial work or any other training with experience in the field;
    • Master the French language (oral and written);
    • Master Microsoft 365;
    • Be meticulous and rigorous to produce quality work;
    • Know how to manage priorities in your work;
    • Demonstrate professionalism, organization and discretion;
    • Show a spirit of initiative, learning and good judgment;
    • Show the ability to respect established procedures and methods;
    • Having experience as an administrative assistant and/or in the environmental or engineering sector is an asset.
