Access to this data is strictly limited to a small, duly authorized team on a need-to-know basis. These individuals are subject to the confidentiality obligations set out in our privacy policy and in provincial and federal legislation. Your answers will not be shared with the Talent Acquisition team, managers or others involved in the recruitment process.

Section E - Members of visible minorities
According to the Employment Equity Act, members of visible minorities means persons, other than Indigenous peoples, who are non-Caucasian in race or non-white in colour.

A person may be a member of a visible minority group, regardless of their place of birth or citizenship.
