Philippe Lapalme holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. He joined CIMA+ in 2009 as an Engineer – Bridge Structures.
Over the years, Philippe has participated in and successfully led the delivery of several large-scale multidisciplinary projects, and has contributed to developing and rolling out numerous initiatives related to risk management, employee engagement and work methods and processes. To this day, he continues to help and train his colleagues while actively participating in multiple projects.
His motivation to join the committee
Philippe Lapalme intends to contribute to the Ethics Committee through his communication, influence and empathy skills, his determination and his deep interest for discussion and debate of ideas. He is not afraid to question the status quo and think differently.
