Timothée Lescop has worked at CIMA+ since 2009, and has been a Partner since 2012. He is the Executive Director of Structure, Civil Engineering and Transportation for the Eastern Townships, Centre-du-Québec and a section of the Montérégie region.
He leads a team of 65 engineers and technicians with varied and complementary areas of expertise. Thanks to his experience as a Project Manager, Designer and Site Supervisor, Timothée is equipped to accompany his clients through every step of their projects.
His interest in governance
Timothée recognizes the real and tangible impact that the Committee has had on plans and programs that have been revised to incorporate rules related to governance and ethics. This is specifically the case with the assessment of donation and sponsorship requests, the review of evaluation processes, compensation, and the appointment process for partners and directors.
Support from independent members
In order to prevent situations involving conflicts of interest within the firm, whether real or apparent, the Governance and Ethics Committee includes two independent members. These resources are backed by tremendous knowledge in the area of ethics, and Timothée particularly enjoys interacting with them and sharing the outcome of their efforts within the Committee.
