CIMA+’s Buildings team won five call for tenders for the construction of five secondary schools in various locations in Quebec, on behalf of the Société des infrastructures du Québec.
An integrated offer and strong collaboration
CIMA+ has always given a place of choice to education, which contributes to achieving our firm’s succession plan. This priority is demonstrated by the sustained efforts of our multidisciplinary teams in our 30 offices across the country.
Various CIMA+ sectors already collaborate on these projects initiated in May 2020: Infrastructure, Environment, Transportation (Traffic Engineering) and Industry (Structural Engineering).
CIMA+ is pleased with the versatility observed in all those projects delivered under the BIM-PCI model.
A busy fall season for our Buildings team
These new secondary school projects add to our backlog along with four retirement homes we are building in the Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine regions – new buildings totalling $800M, for which work has already begun. We will also be working on the construction of a retirement home for the James Bay Cree community.
