This project entailed the construction of a health-related commercial complex, which includes a medical clinic, a health food store and various medical services (radiology, physiotherapy, pharmacy, pediatric clinic, research centre, etc.). The four-storey Complexe de la Santé comprises 12,635 m2 of office and commercial space, approximately 600 outdoor parking spaces for clients and 175 indoor parking spaces for employees, elevators on four storeys, and a green roof terrace. Twenty geothermal wells provide excellent energy performance for heating and air conditioning.
