CIMA+’s Western Canadian Infrastructure team has a significant track record delivering residential subdivision work and has a long-standing relationship with land management companies. This experience led to CIMA+’s work on Heritage Hills, a 43.11-hectare (106.52-acre) residential subdivision owned by Highfield Land Management. Heritage Hills is a residential subdivision located within the Town of Cochrane boundaries, north of Highway 1A, and approximately half a mile west of Highway 22. CIMA+ has provided ongoing engineering services to Highfield Land Management since 2004 for this project.
