CIMA+ contributed to the design of a 450-ton silo and its pneumatic conveying system. The project also included:
- A truck scale under the silo
- The foundations under the structure of the silo and of the truck scale
- A dust collection system on the silo
Increased storage capacity: Addition of a 450-ton silo
The Graymont plant in the Eastern Townships needed to optimize the loading of dust generated by its lime kiln, a product used in the agricultural sector and in many industrial processes. The dust storage capacity also needed to be increased.
