CDPQ Infra mandated the CIMA+/Hatch Consortium to develop the reference project for analyzing accessibility for the different users in the various stations of the Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM – light-rail system). The multidisciplinary team of geometric designers, modellers, traffic analysts and visual simulation specialists at CIMA+ identified access issues related to automobiles, buses, pedestrians and bicycles at the various REM stations, along with mitigation measures that are compatible with the configuration of the local area and meet the needs and expectations of the client and its partners.
