CIMA+ carried out a stormwater management study for the new Espace Michelet techno-industrial park and designed a retention pond with volume of 4,000 m3 located in the right-of-way of a Hydro-Québec power transmission line. The pond was in part carved in solid rock. A regulating valve with an orifice plate ensures that the outlet flow rate follows the Lorette River watershed planning.
