CIMA+ RECOGNIZED AS KINCENTRIC BEST EMPLOYER 2023
MONTREAL, December 11, 2023—Once again this year, CIMA+ is proud to have been recognized as Best Employer, Canada, as part of Kincentric’s Best Employers global certification. The program identifies and acknowledges top employers who harness the complete potential of their workforce to create a lasting competitive edge through culture, leadership, human resources, and diversity, equity and inclusion. CIMA+’s recognition by Kincentric was announced this morning in the Financial Post.
The results of the 2023 survey reveal that employee engagement at CIMA+ is 8 points higher than the Canadian average. In addition, 92% of employees would not hesitate to recommend CIMA+ to a friend looking for a job. According to the survey, CIMA+ particularly stands out in terms of employee engagement, engaging leadership, diversity, and inclusion.
