 CIMA+ AND COMTECH GROUP PARTNER TO PROVIDE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CONFEDERATION BUILDING REHABILITATION PROJECT

 

Montreal, March 29, 2023 – CIMA+ and Comtech Group Inc. (Comtech), one of Canada’s largest privately owned consulting engineering firms, as a joint venture, have been awarded a multi-year contract to provide specialized real property project management services to Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB). The contract will support modernization projects within the Parliamentary Precinct, including the rehabilitation of the Confederation Building, Energy Services Acquisitions Program (ESAP) and Building Components and Connectivity (BCC) projects.

CIMA+ and Comtech will combine their project management expertise and previous federal, provincial, and municipal experience to develop and implement the robust project management framework needed to deliver this program of work.

This multi-year contract is anticipated to start in early 2023.
