JEFF HALLIDAY TO LEAD INFRASTRUCTURE IN METRO VANCOUVER

Vancouver, May 11, 2023 — Troy Briggs, Executive Vice President, Infrastructure, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Halliday as Senior Director and Regional Manager for BC Infrastructure for the Infrastructure group, in Metro Vancouver.

Jeff Halliday, a tenured leader with more than 23 years of industry experience, has relocated from Saskatchewan to British Columbia to lead the expansion of the Infrastructure group in Metro Vancouver. In his newly assumed role, Jeff will work in collaboration with the Buildings, Energy and Resources and Transportation groups to broaden our service offer in that region, while growing the local infrastructure team from the ground up.

“I’m looking forward to this incredible opportunity to further contribute to the success of CIMA+ and be part of the leadership team supporting our continued growth,” said Jeff Halliday. “With the recent opening of our Vancouver office, along with the small — and large-scale project opportunities in the area, I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work.”

“Jeff being a key player in the firm’s Saskatchewan and Northern Alberta Infrastructure teams, CIMA+ is confident in his ability to grow our Vancouver presence in 2023 and beyond,” said Kelly Yuzdepski, Regional Executive Vice President, Western Canada

“CIMA+ is one of Canada’s largest privately owned consulting engineering firms, and with this appointment, we are pursuing our strategic growth in Western Canada through the expansion of our Infrastructure presence in the Metro Vancouver region,” stated Troy Briggs.

The CIMA+ Metro Vancouver office opened its doors in March 2022. The office currently provides services across all sectors. CIMA+ has also recently announced the acquisition of Midsea Engineering to support the expansion of its service offerings in dams and water resources.
